Theme and Essence website designs help us narrow down the the website design style and preferences you like. This saves us time in discovery, which in turn saves you money!

What is a Web Design Theme or Essence website?

1) Web Design Themes

Not templates, but themes are a set of design styles that have already been coded by other companies. They offer the greatest flexibility and customization for using with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla.

2) Website Essence

Not an exact copy, but taking the “Essence” of a website that you have seen and making it your own. Have you ever seen a competitor’s website you really admire, the way it works, flows, the elements contained? We can grab the same overall feel of the website (its “Essence”) and customize it to make it yours

Because there is no base code to start with, the Essence websites are slightly more expensive than a Theme based website package.

What is a CMS?

Content Management Systems (CMS) simply helps you manage the copy, dates, events, etc. on your own website. SiteDesignZ focuses on two primary types of CMS’s: WordPress and Joomla.

Website Domain Names (.COM)

If you already have a domain name(s), SiteDesignZ will help you quickly and securely transfer your domain(s) to our Domain Name Management system (GoDaddy) and keep it secured, locked and renewed.

If you don’t have a domain name, SiteDesignZ will work with you to determine the best one to use, not only based on the way it “flows”, but based on solid SEO protocol.

Website Hosting

SiteDesignZ will manage your hosting for you. This is of course your own hosting so you will be able to access the back end through your own control panel (CPanel) and be granted FTP access, if needed. Site backups are done every Friday.

Email

The start of a professional business is to have all your email addresses using your business’ domain name. In SiteDesignZ’s initial phone consultation with you, we will determine the initial list of email addresses you need to set up and we will take care of that for you. We will set up to 20 email accounts!

Basic Website (SEO)

All of our sites are set up and designed with SEO in mind. However, when it comes to doing online marketing for your website there are several options you can choose.

Without adding any online marketing to your website, the only traffic you will have coming to your website is from your ads and traditional marketing efforts.

Why get Support?

Without Monthly Support packages, any work done on your new website will be billed out at: $150/hr.

We have found that most support needs fall just under one hour per month so we create these packages to save money and give you the resources you need to make and implement any changes you need quickly.

Time is billed in 15 min. increments. However, support under 5 min. is FREE. You will get 2 free support requests, after the 3rd support request we will charge for a 15 min. increment.

One time setup includes customization logo, colors and adding up to 10 images. Initial creation of 7 “Pages” (Home, About us, Services etc.). One hour of back end training on using your new CMS.

The monthly is for the hosting, domain and email management. This package requires a 12 month commitment to support

Website Design w/Support + SEO
Theme Based – $399 down/$29.99 monthly with 1 hr. support included (with SEO Package)
Essence Based – $599 down/$29.99 monthly with 1 hr. support included (with SEO Package)

One time setup cost includes customization logo, colors and adding up to 10 images. Initial creation of 7 “Pages” (Home, About us, Services etc.). One hour of back end training on using your new CMS.

The monthly is for the hosting, domain and email management and one hour of support for ongoing maintenance with addition of an SEO package. One hour of support is FREE in this package while the SEO commitment time-frame is in place. When the SEO package ends, the support will be available as a package service or as needed.

Packages do not include the cost of Theme. If one is selected, you can either purchase the Theme and send us the download to install and customize for you, or we purchase the Theme for you and just add the cost to your setup fees.
